Volunteer Management

PNE’s NVQ Management of Volunteers Programme

Why do it?

PNE’s NVQ Management of Volunteers programme is designed to equip those who manage volunteers with the professional skills to ensure volunteers reach their full potential. This qualification will put you at the forefront of best practice which is good news for the manager, for the volunteer, and even better news for the organisations that rely on them. What’s more, it’s accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), one of the country’s leading professional management bodies, so it has excellent credibility in the world of management too.

Whether you are completely new to managing volunteers or want to enable your volunteers to gain more from their involvement, there’s a qualification that will make a significant difference to you, your volunteers and your organisation.

The NVQ Levels
