As part of the qualification you will have access to a range of management resources to keep you up-to-date with current practices, policies and systems that will support your role. The qualifications are delivered in a flexible way to ensure that you achieve your qualification that best supports your development and fits with your work schedule. You will receive expert guidance and support from a qualified management assessor. Qualifications are completed through our online assessment system, oscar, enabling you to learn in your own time and at your own pace. Assessment is carried out on your work-based evidence and through recorded telephone conversations with your assessor. As well as using oscar, your assessor will visit you in the workplace.
