Coaching Qualifications Coaching Qualifications Who is it for? Do you have responsibility for managing people? If you do, you will probably recognise the range of skills required to develop and maintain an efficient and motivated workforce. High on the list of desirable skills for effective managers are two of the most powerful techniques, coaching and mentoring. From those who want to gain their first qualification, to those who wish to formally register or enhance their skills, PNE Development’s Coaching and Mentoring programme has been developed with you in mind. What are we offering? Our coaching and mentoring programmes offers two qualifications each at Level 3 and Level 5. These qualifications are designed to encourage and enhance best practice where coaching and/or mentoring are used in the workplace. Candidates are supported through attending either a series of workshops, or by registering on our Distance Learning programme. As a mark of quality, each qualification is accredited through the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM). Why would you do it? To enhance your own knowledge and skills which will, in turn, enable you to be even more effective in managing yourself and others, and to gain a recognised award. For any organisation which values its staff, having a skilled coach can add significantly to the quality of the management. To help and guide you, you will be working with one of PNE’s fully qualified and experienced coaches, and will have contact details for your coach/mentor so support is only a phone call or email away.
