Tracey Moore
Development Manager
As Development Manager, I am responsible for the management of the PNE Development team and ensuring that all projects and services are delivered effectively and in line with both funder requirements and the needs of the sector.  My role also requires me to identify new business opportunities and implement new projects and services which support the achievement of PNE’s strategy and enable the development of both individuals and organisations in the voluntary sector.  Alongside my management role, I am also a qualified assessor, executive coach and consultant and especially enjoy working with organisations, supporting them to plan and achieve their strategies and develop themselves or their staff/volunteers effectively.

Ann Maughan

I manage a range of freelance assessors and trainers who work with PNE to deliver learning and development to managers in the voluntary sector.  Over the last two years I have been involved in the development and implementation of PNE Development’s online learning and assessment systems.

As the globe Project Leader, it is my responsibility to develop and enhance the globe e-learning system to ensure it remains an innovative, engaging and versatile e-learning experience.  My aim is to create a multimedia-based learning environment that is continually evolving, growing and at the very forefront of e-learning technology.

Shaun Nichols
Project Leader, voluntaryskills.com
This challenging and rewarding role requires me to lead the delivery and development of the voluntaryskills.com project, on behalf of PNE Development.  The online service is the place to find skills and training opportunities; a role it has been fulfilling since 2002.  In order that the service continues to be a well-utilised tool by those working and volunteering in the voluntary sector, I work in partnership with training providers and stakeholders from across England.
