Kath Smith, North Shields Library Club “I've had an amazing time doing the qualification and have found it to be one of the best practical courses for learning and upgrading management skills. I would recommend the course to any manager of a small organisation like ourselves who needs some personal development and also time to think strategically about the future of their organisation.” |
