One-to-One Coaching

Need to change things in your life or organisation but not sure how? PNE’s coaching services offer you the chance to work with qualified coaches who will encourage and support you in defining your appropriate course of action.  Most effective for leaders or senior managers that are responsible for people, financial resources and organisational performance, each coaching service is customised for the individual client, to enable them to reach their full potential.

The team are all experienced managers, having collectively delivered thousands of professional interventions, and all are qualified to the Institute of Leadership and Management‘s (ILM) Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.

PNE Development offers three one-to-one coaching services:

Executive Coaching

Customised support over an agreed period of time to help you meet the challenges of management.  This is likely to include identifying and achieving your goals, and fulfilling your plans. 

Leadership Mentoring

If you aspire towards a leadership role; have become a leader for the first time or, feel that your leadership skills need a refresher, then this mentoring programme is for you.  Leadership Mentoring will help you to develop the skills to drive your career and organisation forward.

In certain circumstances Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring can also be accessed over the telephone, following an initial meeting to scope the objectives and process.

Performance Coaching

If you’re preparing for an important event, or need to overcome a specific problem, then a short programme of coaching consisting of one or two meetings, will enable you to deliver your best possible performance.
