About The aim of the PNE Development Team is to develop the performance of people and organisations. We provide a range of services to meet the needs of our clients including training and development projects, evaluation and feasibility studies, strategic planning research and consultancy work. We also deliver a range of management development opportunities and qualifications to boost career development. We have worked closely with, and for, third sector organisations since the mid 1990s, when we launched our flagship programme “Building Capacity in Voluntary Organisations”. In recent years PNE developed a major capacity building programme for third sector groups in the north of England, providing training in governance and effective management, which supported over 2400 managers from over 1100 organisations, and delivered over 400 accredited vocational management qualifications. PNE Development has recently developed and introduced a customised third sector online assessment system (OSCAR) for our Management and Volunteer Management programmes, to support our candidates to achieve qualifications from Institute of Leadership and Management, and Chartered Management Institute.
